Our expertise
1.The wall thickness is 1.2mm + the length is 453mm, which requires high-speed and high-pressure injection.
2.High concentricity requirements, strict deformation control, and very precise mold requirements, with only 0.1 tolerance allowed.
3.Mold design effectively reduces multi-cavity molding pressure.
4.Two-stage control of oil cylinder core pulling, matched with the sequence control of each oil cylinder by the oil station.
5.After the customer opened multiple sets of single molds in our company, they still could not meet the order requirements, so we provided a stack mold solution.
6.The stack mold can be used in an injection molding machine with the same tonnage as the conventional mold, helping customers to increase the production capacity by 2 times.
